In 1993, Sonja joined The Training Alliance to manage our growing training delivery services organization. Since 1994, she has served on the Board of Directors. She brings to her accounts more than 30 years of training and marketing experience in the education, financial services, and high tech industries.

Sonja has a B.A. in Elementary Education and a Certificate in Instructional Technology from the University of New Hampshire, as well as an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Sonja has been a member of ASTD, ISPI, and ISA and has served on the Grant Committee for the San Francisco Education Fund. Sonja has published many articles on learning tools and project management.
