In the Design Blueprint phase, we consider implementation issues such as, "Do managers need to coach their employees to ensure the training sticks?" "Do we need to educate learners and their managers on how to create a work environment that supports web-based learning?" What type of technical or non-technical learning facilitators are needed to deliver the training?
